The room was clean with a refrigerator, a great balcony, and new bedsheets, and there was private parking on site with excellent service.

The room is big and with an electronic key card, multi-channel TV, and a writing table. The services are exceptional, including a lovely pool. A brilliant place and will come back.

Beds not very comfortables. Hotel very noisy (as all the hotels in this corner) due to the young germans people who come at playa de palma for drinking and partying. They come back drunk during the night (between 3 and 6h am) and shout in all the hotel. Germany should be ashamed of the behaviour of her foreigners, as it is even forbidden to do such a mess in their country... so why they should do it abroad of Germany and not respecting the local people as the other foreigners???? So if you are not German, playa de palma is not recommended for tourism, specially for famillies or normal people....

The staff here was on point, super friendly and quick. Our room was spotless with a handy fridge, fresh sheets, and a cool balcony to chill on. the pool area was inviting and the breakfast was served piping hot. We really felt at ease and had a total zen time here! 🌞
